Refund Policy

We offered you 5 days Return.

If you are not satisfied by your purchase, We will gladly accept your SpringfreeTrampoline, you can return your ordered/purchased item(s) for free and refund all paid money, just make sure to contact us within 5 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, un-damaged and in the same condition you received it, otherwise it will not be returned.

To return the item:

  1. Call our customer support number. (+971)-4-2977932 /0561149917 within 5 days from the day your order is delivered.
  2. We shall contact you. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our delivery and installation team.
  3. The trampoline must be in its original packaging/boxes including the original strap/seal, User Manual and Trampoline and Enclosure Assembly Instructions. Hand over the package to the team representative.
  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it once it is approved, we will process your refund within 15 to 30 working days.
  5. Refunds will be done only through the original Mode of payment.



EXCHANGE POLICY

Springfree Trampoline will gladly facilitate an exchange for another model (upsizing or downsizing). Terms and conditions of the exchange will be subject to the following

  1. Call our customer support number. (+971)-4-2977932 /0561149917 with your purchase details 
  2. The trampoline must be in ‘as new’ condition
    • ‘As new’ condition means:
    • The trampoline has not been unpacked or opened
    • The trampoline must be in its original packaging/boxes including the original strap/seal, User Manual and Trampoline and Enclosure Assembly Instructions
  3. The progression of the order, for instance:
    • If your trampoline has not left our warehouse we will refund or charge the difference in cost for exchanging to another model with no additional charges.
    • If we have dispatched your trampoline order the following conditions, fees and charges will apply:
    • The Springfree Trampoline must be in ‘as new’ condition (see above)
    • Shipping of the ‘original’ trampoline to you
    • Shipping to return the ‘original’ trampoline to us
    • All costs and charges associated with the ‘new’ trampoline exchange, including shipping and installation as required
    • Addition charge of 200AED will apply for exchange of shipping due to. 
    • Shipping of the ‘original’ trampoline to you
    • Shipping to return the ‘original’ trampoline to us
    • Any price difference, costs and charges associated with the ‘new’ trampoline exchange, including shipping and installation as required
